Why do I consider Jesus's thinking to be superior?

"Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' Matthew 22:37
It's true that Jesus' thinking wasn't entirely pure. He was influenced by Jewish teachers like Hillel, a Jewish teacher who had a more humanistic view of the Old Testament. He also taught the "golden rule" (do not do to others what you would not want them to do to you) that existed in Confucianism, a Chinese religion from the 6th century BC. Furthermore, he used traditions of the time when he used the expression "you have heard that it was said" (this expression didn't always refer to the Old Testament). Even so, Jesus innovated in many ways, and the ethical influences he received were positive. Here's why I consider his thinking superior:
1- Humanistic interpretation (in the sense of empathy): Jesus wasn't a heretic who distorted the scriptures to please the population, but rather he interpreted the Old Testament according to love. Love for one's neighbor. For him, the entire Old Testament was summarized in loving God above all things and loving one's neighbor as oneself.
2- True thought: Jesus was sincere with people. This doesn't mean he was rude to people, but rather that he sought to speak the truth whenever possible. In a world where lies and hypocrisy often prevail, Jesus' thought and practice stand out.
3- Eternity: Jesus' teaching is practical, focused on daily life. He deals with life on Earth, it's for now. He teaches humility, faith, mercy, and self-control. These teachings help a person grow in any area of life, but he goes further. He makes people think about eternity as well, about the world to come. This changes everything. We begin to have a slightly more spiritual life.
It is for these and other reasons that I consider Jesus' thought the best of all. May God bless your life and ministry.
